E-invoicing
As e-invoicing mandates roll out across Europe, operators must issue compliant invoices on behalf of thousands of sellers. I designed how invoicing is configured and monitored so compliance happens by default, not by spreadsheet.
Mirakl Payout · Financial services
This work is under NDA. The cover uses Mirakl’s public product visuals and the illustrations below are conceptual, not real screens. I’m happy to walk you through the details on a call.
Mirakl Payout lets marketplace operators pay thousands of sellers securely — from reconciling funds with their payment providers to verifying sellers and triggering payouts — while Mirakl’s financial services help them stay compliant as invoicing rules evolve.
I designed across two squads — financial services and payout — on flows where a single mistake means a seller is not paid, or an operator is not compliant. The work was about making complex money and compliance processes clear, safe and fast for back-office teams.
I partnered with the product managers, engineering managers and developers of both squads, often bridging the two: invoicing, seller verification and reconciliation all touch the same money flows, so patterns and language had to stay consistent from one tool to the next.

A seller can only be paid once verified. I designed onboarding and verification flows that make requirements clear for sellers and give operators a reliable view of who is ready to be paid — and why others are not.
When payment-provider deposits don’t match expected orders, refunds and commissions, finance teams need to find and fix the gap fast. I designed tools to spot mismatches, investigate them and resolve them safely.
Most of the features I worked on were designed from scratch and are now part of what Mirakl sells to marketplace operators to verify, reconcile and pay their sellers.
